Update: 19th September 2026
Hello everyone and thank you so much for visiting my site. When I began my private practice in 2020 during the pandemic, I wanted to keep my rates as affordable as I could whilst still balancing the costs of running a business and have not increased my rates for 5 years. However, the cost of living unfortunately impacts us all, so I have recently reviewed this, additionally because as well as my qualifications in CBT and MCT, I am now able to offer coaching, having completed my master’s degree in Coaching Psychology. So I am increasing my session rate to £95. I want to be completely transparent about this as I know it is an important aspect of the decision to access therapy and coaching, and not having this information can be frustrating when researching potential services.
Have a look through the website to find out a bit more about what I do, and I am happy to answer any questions if you would like to email me or book a free 15-minute consultation call.
Best wishes, Kelly
